I am selling my Sequentix Cirklon with a heavy heart. Anyone familiar with hardware sequencers probably knows: the Cirklon is considered top tier among hardware sequencers for a reason.If you can live without a colour display, the V1 gives you exactly what makes a Cirklon special. Compared to the V2, the V1 mainly lacks the colour display and a few comfort updates, but it offers the true Cirklon core: legendary workflow, outstanding timing and enormous musical depth.What I will especially miss is its incredibly stable and musical timing. For electronic music in particular — tight control of drum machines, synths or modular systems — the Cirklon is in a class of its own. There are very few technical solutions that can create this kind of noticeable tightness and precision in a hardware setup so consistently.On top of that, there is the Cirklon’s unique musical workflow. It encourages creativity for melodies, rhythms and lively pattern ideas in a very special way, without forcing you into rigid grids.Modular / CVIO ExpansionMy Cirklon is currently prepared for controlling Eurorack/modular systems as well. For this, the Cirklon requires the internal CVIO Board and the matching Eurorack Breakout Module. With this expansion, the Cirklon can control not only MIDI devices, but also modular systems directly via CV/Gate.The installed CVIO Board originally cost around €275, and the Eurorack Breakout Module around €215.Both components can be purchased together with the Cirklon for an additional €300. If the modular connection is not needed, I can also remove the CVIO Board beforehand and sell the Cirklon without this expansion.The Cirklon works perfectly and has been treated with care.Feel free to get in touch with any questions.Pickup/testing preferred, shipping possible by arrangement.
