One of our favorite and most rare items -- a vintage Radel Indian Analog Drum Machine Electronic Tabla Released in 1987 the Radel PT-13 was the first electronic tabla - created from the mind of Raj Narayan in Bangladore India. It is an all analog circuit.
The result is complex rhythm patterns (with variations and tuning) with nearly familiar analog drum thumps, bleeps and bloops with a wonderful eastern twist. Think Maestro Rhythm King takes a trip to expand its musical horizons in India.
The sound is great and punchy through it’s internal octagon shaped speaker but line or speaker outs may be used for direct injection into effects, recording devices or larger amplifiers. This is from our personal collection of rare, vintage and inspiring gear and we don’t expect to ever run into another one as they are very scarce on this side of the pond. 11 Taals Two variations on each Taal Pitch/Tuning and Tempo Controls Blend/Mix Control for fine tuning of the separate rhythm components  Runs on US 120vac house current, 220vac European, or standard D batteries.
