AKG C451 with CK1 Capsule.
The AKG C451 is a small capsule condenser microphone with interchangeable capsule capability. The CK1 is a cardioid capsule, CK1S is Hype-cardioid, from memory the CK4 is a cardioid with a pop screen CK8 is a shot gun etc. This is all academic as we only have the CK1 capsules.
It is a high quality mic that is often used on acoustic guitar, drum over heads, hi hat, all string instruments etc, not often used on vocals however there is no legitimate reason for this as it performs very well on vocals.

As the capsules can be interchanged it is possible to place various items between the Mic body and the capsule e.g. filters and pads etc. Many years ago they were regularly used on TV, to stop the microphone interfering with the picture the microphone bodies were placed in a stand just above floor level and were connected to the capsule via a long narrow tube.
