Overview
ESP (Electronic Sound Products) started in 1986 in Tokyo from a chain a guitar parts retail stories. The LTD sub-brand started in 1996 out of South Korea.
Kirk Hammett has a number of signature models with LTD, mostly stemming from the 2001 KH-502 model. The KH-202 is similar to the KH-502 but featured a Basswood body instead of Alder. Pickups were EMG-type humbuckers with a 24 fret fingerboard featuring skull and crossbone inlays.
Years of Production: 2004 - 2019
