Took them out of my Carvin DC727 guitar, because I went to a more high output set, so I purely don't need these anymore. Some wear and tear, but totally functional and all coils are measured (pics provided).
All the wear on the top and adjustments to the baseplate, were from the previous owner, to fit this older Carvin DC727 (these guitars used to have non standard routings). The ears don't have a thread anymore, so the pickups are now ''direct wood mount'' only.
These particular Old Guard models have a Ceramic magnet in the bridge and an Alnico 5 in the neck.
Low output because of the winding type, but more power now (medium output) than the usual old guard models that come with Alnico 2 magnets. Can also do some high gain stuff with appropriate amps.
Giving away with them also 4 springs, and some adhesive foam for direct mounting. Sorry, don't have any wood screws.
If you want some pickups that are clear and not super pushed and saturated, but still maintain enough thunder for a 7 string, these are for you.
