Hello there,

Disclaimer : Don't do unto others what you don't want done unto you
This is how I see things when it comes to create an ad in an attempt to sell an instrument, here a guitar.
I'm not a professional neither a luthier.
I just like electric guitars.
For each ad, I'm posting a huge number of pictures and i'm not afraid to show what looks nice and what can be problematic on a guitar. Problematic meaning scratch, shock, dent, paint chip, crack, fret use, etc.
When I set a condition, I do it based on how I see the whole instrument, that's my opinion and if you check my history you'll see that I often lower the condition rather than pretend all is mint or excellent.
Before I ship a parcel, I make sure the instrument is clean, meaning I use polish on body and apply appropriate product to clean and treat fretboard.
I also check for a last time how it plays to make sure pickups and switch position work fine, knobs, tuners, bridge/tremolo and jack output.
Each parcel I shipped is insured to the value YOU want me to put.
By default I will mention the value YOU paid so you don't have bad surprise if something goes wrong. Inside the parcel, I stuff it with bubblewrap and more so if you check the box, it doesn't sound like broken porcelain.

When you unpack your instrument once purchased, if you sadly notice something is wrong, let me know.
If you are not sure, send me a question, but don't instantly buy and regret it because you were not sure about this and this.
I'll be always happy to answer and help !
