Gallien-Krueger Legacy 500 is a lightweight solid-state bass amplifier head delivering 500 watts at 4 ohms. It features a classic analog preamp section paired with a high-efficiency Class D power stage. The four-band active EQ provides precise tone shaping, while the signature voicing filters - Bump, Contour and Presence - allow fast tonal adjustments on stage or in the studio.

The amp includes a footswitchable overdrive circuit with independent tone control and a mute function for silent tuning. Rear panel connectivity includes a balanced XLR DI output with pre/post EQ switch and ground lift, FX loop, aux input, headphone output and dual twist-lock speaker outputs. The chassis is made from anodized aluminum with push-activated illuminated knobs for visibility in low light.
