This DBX 3BX series two is in very good working condition and is aestheticaly very clean.
It's a rare processor.
It's a 3 band expander / compressor.
Depending on the settings , it can act as a multiband expander, multiband compressor, or multiband expander/compressor at the same time.
With the Expansion slider, you set the desired degree of Expansion.
Transition level slider : when an incoming signal is above the level set by this control, the 3BX expand upward, when an incoming signal is below, the 3BX expand downward (compress)
