Humble Guess: A Paesold bow from the 1990s, crafted from Brazilwood. It offers a dark, powerful sound.
I brought it to an orchestra gig and initially considered valuing it at $700 based on its playing qualities, only to later identify it as a student model (PA502B).
The bow shows some signs of use but remains, in my opinion, in excellent condition. Roman numeral carvings on the stick near the frog predate my knowledge and add a touch of mystery.
