About This Listing

This is a really cool & affordable copy of a 60’s Gibson ES-175D made by D’Agostino most likely in Japan. She has a gorgeous Dark Sunburst finish over a nice spruce top w/a dark stain over its figured maple back & side panels. Its 3 piece mahogany neck feels fabulous. Its got a white bound Rosewood fingerboard w/double parallelogram inlays. You get a nice variety of jazz tones thru its 2 HB pickups. She is still sporting her original tuners, her 4 Black Witch Hat knobs but she’s missing its pickgard. All of its chrome hardware is clean from its wooden base bridge to its cool zig-zag trapeze tailpiece. Other than some slight play time, she’s exceptionally clean & a rare original example, she comes complete in a nice padded gig bag.
