For sale is this Juno-106, fully serviced. The original CPU board has been replaced with a Kiwitechnics board, which greatly expands the synth's capabilities, including:_ 512 storable presets_ MIDI CC and SysEx support for all parameters_ Two independent envelope generators_ Two independent LFOs, each with 6 waveforms_ MIDI-based aftertouch, modulation level, and velocity sensitivity_ Chord mode, arpeggiator, sequencer, pattern generator, and more..._ ...(See the Kiwitechnics website for the full list of features)Additionally, the following work has been performed:_ All 6 voice chips have been removed and cleaned to strip away the coating — the primary and inevitable cause of failure in Juno-106 units over time. The voice chips are now mounted in "tulip" sockets, allowing for instant replacement should any issues arise._ Every switch on the control panel has been replaced, ensuring flawless operation and perfect responsiveness (over time, these switches tend to become unreliable). The faders have been cleaned using a specialized product (DeoxIT)._ All electrolytic capacitors in the power supply have been replaced. Over time, electrolytic capacitors can drift from their original specifications or fail entirely, which can negatively affect the synthesizer's performance. _ A standard IEC power socket has been installed, allowing the unit to be grounded and ensuring the musician's safety (without this modification, there would be a risk of electric shock should a live wire come into contact with the chassis)._ Beechwood side panels, precisely replicating the shape of the original plastic ones, have been fitted (the original side panels, which are in very good condition, are also included).This ensures the synthesizer will have a long, trouble-free lifespan — it is now ready for decades of reliable service!Please feel free to contact me for further details.PS: The initial photos were taken before the installation of the Kiwitechnics CPU kit, which explains the absence of the "KIWI-106" badge.
