The Luxman CL-35 MKIII is a vintage, exceptionally good all-tube preamplifier produced in Japan in 1974, during the "Golden Era" of Japanese HiFi audio equipment. Both the Luxman brand and the CL-35 line of amplifiers are renowned for their exceptional performance, especially in the mid range. This MKIII model is the third iteration of the CL-35 line, and it is regarded by many critics as the best of the 3 models. It features no fewer than 7 tubes (6x 12AX7 + 1x 12AU7) and tone control that is both versatile and of exceptional quality. It features a certain quality of construction you can immediately notice, as is expected from Japanese audio equipment from this period. Finding this incredible amp in very good condition is tough, so don 't miss this one!
This unit is in very good condition, and shows some signs of aging, including some noticeable scratches and cracks (please see photos). The Mic input jack is broken. It has been thoroughly tested and checked by our professional in-house technician, confirming its flawless working quality.
