About this listing
PureSound P1324 Custom Series 13" Snare Wire – 24 Strand Medium-Gauge Steel
The PureSound P1324 Custom Series snare wire delivers a balanced, responsive sound for 13" snare drums across all shell materials—steel, wood, or acrylic. Built from medium-gauge steel wire manufactured in the USA, these 24-strand wires are engineered with precise spacing and consistent tension to ensure even response across the entire bottom head. This uniform construction lets you dial in your ideal blend of articulate shell tone and controlled buzz without fighting uneven wire behavior. Whether you're seeking crisp, lively articulation or a more blended snare character, the Custom Series provides the tonal flexibility and reliability that working drummers depend on. The traditional wire design pairs seamlessly with standard snare drum configurations, making it an excellent choice for studio, live, and practice applications.
