Overview:
For those unfamiliar with the brand, Starfield was created by Hoshino Gakki (Ibanez). In fact, "Starfield" is the English translation of "Hoshino." These guitars were produced between 1992 and 1994 as modern interpretations of classic designs. The Starfield name was used because it was believed that consumers wouldn't accept traditional-style guitars under the Ibanez brand, which was and still is best known for super-strats. Starfield guitars were produced from 1991 to 1994, musicians such as Richie Kotzen, Rob Buck, the band Live and others were spotted with Starfield guitars. There were three lines of Starfield guitars: a USA Custom-made line, a Japan-made line (which includes this guitar), and a Korean-made line.

About this guitar: 

The guitar is in very good condition, it has some usage markings (the most significant are documented on the photos). The neck and fretboard and the frets are in great condition, truss rod works as it should. The neck pickup is from a Fender USA guitar, straplocks have been instaled, other than these two upgrades everything is original in this guitar
