This guitar is in great condition for its age, with no cracks or repairs having been done to it from what we can see after a thorough inspection and only some minor wear and dings. A new bone saddle was made but other than that the guitar is in all original condition. At some point in time the original owner wrote some numbers on the inside most likely as a way to identify it in the event of theft.
The serial number puts this guitar at 1969 to the early 1970's for production year but the label still lists it as a Hoboken made model. Guild was still using Hoboken labels into the early 70's even though production moved to Westerly, Rhode Island. The original case is unfortunately not included but it does come with an aftermarket hard shell case.
