This Dean Contra Bass has a piezo transducer pickup with the DMT Active "Contra" Preamp System that captures the bass' acoustic tonal qualities and reproduces them faithfully for authentic amplified contrabass tones. The electronics are controlled via master volume and bass controls, and there's even an MP3 input and headphone out for silently practicing along with your favorite music.

Comes with a gig bag for easy and safe transport.
