Fredholm remains to build guitars with a Classical Spanish approach after having produced only Spanish classical guitars for many years ‘’I make my steel string guitars in the same classical way’’ He says. ‘’I find this approach gives a slightly better tonal quality to the instrument because of the accurancy of the glue joints.’’ This 000 12 fret model from 2016 is made out of beautifully grained indian rosewood paired with an European spruce top. It features wood bindings and a nicely contrasting maple purfling throughout the guitar.  The (classical style) two piece mahogany neck has a chunky moderate V shape and ebony fretboard featuring a 20’’ radius and palm tree inlay. Other features include a pyramid bridge, bone nut, abalone and wood rosette, slotted headstock, gold Waverly tuners and unique wooden diamond back/tailblock inlay. It is finished with a super thin French polish which allows the guitar to resonate. It is in excellent condition; French polish tends to be sensitive for small dents and scratches. If you look closely you will find some small dents, spots of playwear, string change wear, and weather checking on the lower bout bass side wear the arm rests while playing.
