From my collection is a Washburn Mercury MG-401 series 2 from 1995 designed by Grover Jackson in Excellent Condition.
Referred to as a "Dinky" as they are a bit smaller than a Stratocaster body. It has 3 Washburn USA pickups in a HSS configuration with a 5 way pickup selector. The two single coil have Alnico 5 magnets. The tone knob is push/pull to coil split the bridge Humbucker, giving a choice of 7 pickup selections. Sound wise it is very versatile and is also simple to use, having a master volume, master tone. Has a solid pickguard repair at tone control. Plays and sound excellent. Neck is perfectly straight, frets are in very good condition, Low Playing Easy Action. No breaks, or issues. The fretboard is clean and oiled, frets are rounded and polished. The has been given a professional setup, and is stage ready. A Classic Super Strat!
