Jasper Synth DP WASP clone with 3D printed enclosure and desktop stand

The Jasper (EDP WASP clone) comes with a new designed enclosure which fits into a desktop stand. Case and enclosure a 3D printed and glued together. Contrary to previous versions of the case, this one is printed with PETG material. The Japser comes with MIDI IN and MIDI OUT and the switch for 2 different "hold" functions.

The Jasper is a clone of the Wasp synthesizer that was made by the small British company EDP (Electronic Dream Plant) for a few years from 1978 to 1982.

The Wasp was one of the first commercially available digital/analogue hybrid synthesizers. Designed by Chris Huggett and Adrian Wagner who created it as an affordable synthesizer using the then newly and widely available inexpensive CMOS digital logic chips.

The Jasper Synth is a DIY project. PCB are available from the UK. The Synth comes in case with build-in Midi kit.

Case and Desktop Stand 3D printed with PETG Prusament black. The desktop stand contains a wooden element.
