The brand was founded in the early 1950s by Semi Mosley, who was an employee of Rickenbacker at the time. Mosrite is loved by many guitarists for its unique design and sound quality, and was especially popular in Japan due to the influence of The Ventures, Yuzo Kayama, and Takeshi Terauchi, and was in demand during the group sounds period.

The one we have in stock this time is Mosrite's semi-hollow type, Combo!

We have determined that it is made by Kurogumo based on the engravings on the pickups and knobs, as well as the original hard case. The year of manufacture is unknown.

The Combo is a model released by Mosrite in line with the semi-acoustic boom at the time.

The item we have in stock is in very good condition, with a very clean appearance!

The color is 3 Tone Sunburst, which is a slightly brighter and more vivid color.

The overall length and body are slightly larger than a standard Mosrite guitar, but it is relatively lightweight at 3.63kg, making it easy to handle. The thick, clear Mosrite sound with a strong output and the airy feel unique to a semi-hollow body are also exceptional.
