ca. 1966 Kay K1160 Note Sunburst Parlor
This guitar is being sold as-is because it has not been set up. There are no apparent problems, cracks, or breaks, but it will need a set up at least to get it playing well.
Super cool and mod worthy parlor acoustic!
This vintage Kay is likely from 1966 because of the rosewood fingerboard.
These guitars are great candidates for becoming electric rubber bridge guitars!
The guitar is used and shows signs of it including nicks, dings, dents, scrapes, scratches, bumps, and bruises, but is in otherwise great shape. The tuners are tight but just need to be cleaned and lubricated, there is rust on some metal parts, there is dust, dirt, and grime on the guitar, the action is high but the guitar has a bolt on neck and can simply be shimmed to lower the action. These are some quick observations about the instrument but there may be other complications no observed here.
