Pearl CZX Champagne Birdseye Maple was Pearl's prestige project in the period 1989 to 1994. The production of this series was so expensive that it was about to topple all of Pearl's finances, and the series was therefore discontinued after a few years. With a fantastic Birdseye Maple finish, only supplied on this series, these ended up on the top shelf of retailers worldwide.

The Custom Z represented the finest build quality Pearl had ever delivered and was fully designed and built in the Pearl Japan facility.

The snare drum is made of 100% maple and has an 8-ply, 10 mm thick construction that provides a lot of volume with a wide mid-range and very powerful attack. Hardware in chrome with hi-tension lugs, lug-nuts in brass, and die cast rims with deep snare gates.

The drum is in very excellent condition with very little signs of use. Chrome has minimal pitting on lugs and hoops, and is in 100% top technical condition. The drum is disassembled, cleaned, polished, greased. New drum heads, Remo Ambassador Coated and Remo Encore Hazy.

Located in Norway and can be shipped worldwide. We have extensive experience in packing and shipping.
