Pearl Wood Fiberglass 1970s - Egyptian Metal

Pearl 1970s Wood Fiberglass shellpack in Egyptian Metal wrap.

The set has undergone a full restoration with new bearing edges on all drums, cleaning, polishing and lubrication of all parts. Very extensive restoration down to the smallest screw to recreate the quality and condition of the set as if it were new. All hardware/chrome appears in very good condition with little traces of pitting.

Chrome/metal wrap without damage or loose joints, and with an extremely rare and special Egypt metal wrap.

The shells have 9 ply wood with an interior coating in fiberglass. Relatively thick and heavy drums with a lot of volume and a typical vintage sound.

New skins have been fitted to the entire set:

• Remo Vintage Emperor Coated batter on 13 and 16 toms
• Remo Fiberskyn reso on 13 and 16 tom
• Remo Emperor White Suede batter on bass drum
• Remo Powerstroke 3 coated reso head with original Pearl logo on bass drum

New drum heads to the value of NOK. 4127.- (aprox 400 USD)

• Bass drum has #T065 T-rods, #031 claws, #C054 lugs, #717-3 tom holder, #727-2 tom arm and #786 legs with memorylock and rubber/spiked feet.
• Toms has #C052 lugs, #734 internal mufflers , #781-1 brackets on floor tom and 272-3 tom mount on rack tom
