Akg C 60 60's Grey

Selling a vintage AKG C60 Tube Condenser Microphone set.  This same model was most famously used by The Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show. I believe this microphone was manufactured in the 1960s. This is a complete set that includes the following:

- AKG C60 Tube Condenser Microphone ( original and fully functioning )
- 5-pin Mini-Tuchel Thread Locking Connection Cable with mic clip ( orignial and fully functioning)
- 5-pin Mini-Tuchel to XLR converter cable ( I think its original... fully functioning )
- AKG W60 Windscreen in box (very, very rare.. original and fully functioning)
- AKG B60 Power Supply ( original and fully functioning )
- Home made power supply that converts from AKG B60 to European 220 volt
- Box to carry everything with ( new.. not original )

The micropone is fully working and beautiful sounding! One of a kind! Bought from the official Norwegian broadcasting company NRK. It comes with the legendary AC701 miniature tube inside the microphone. The mic is a bit dark sounding and really nice for 12 string acoustic/hi hat micking/ambient rom mic etc.

It uses about 15 minutes to warm up before you should use it.. sounds absolutely unique and vintage sounding! It's a beautiful sounding microphone with lots of great history.
