1984 Fender Fullerton Reissue 1962 Jazz Bass Factory Candy Apple Red over Three Tone Burst

This is an incredible representation of the color over color reissues. 1984 is the pencil date on the neck..it is a V00 serial # pots..all line up for the quintessential “Fullerton” reissue series… the 1st time they took a swing…and as MANY of us know…..THEY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!
These basses..the P’s as well are incredible on so many levels. The guitars are just as accurate and incredible. This one has bounced around the verb a bit and I was going to try and put a stop to that..and again,,,as many of us know..life is life!! Right?? Lol

the only issue is the strap locks and the way they were installed. Great if you you’re a player.. not as much for a collector.  It’s all original aside from the locks and hardshell case.
the frets are very good, set up good for my playing and liking. Might need a tweak to accommodate yours…maybe not.
the condition is incredible if you ask me or the cats from my motley crew!! Lol
it has DEEP varnish cracks…deep gouges across the back… wear down to a the wood!!  I mean look at the arm.. C.A.R past the 3 tone…down to the wood!! LOOKS AMAZING!!
Jazz Bass decal is smudged and worn!
Dings and battles scars ALL OVER!!
look, fact of the matter is the wear is ALL NATURAL and ALL REAL!  Please note the is waaaayyyy before Page and Stevens started the Custom Shop and were “Relicing” or aging these for us!!
This is about as Real Deal as it get boys and girls.
