A beautiful Gibson ES-330 was brought into our shop recently by the original owner’s son. It was part of his father’s estate and his father bought the guitar new. It is about as clean and original as I have seen. There are no breaks or repairs. The pickups are original and sound amazing. The only thing I did to it this morning was take a little oxidation off the frets with some steel wool and restring it with .10’s. I didn’t even clean it. The finish has some very minor checking on the top and some very slight wear on the back that would be hard to see in the photos. This guitar is in excellent original condition and it is gorgeous. It also plays like a dream. It has a number 2 stamped on the back of the headstock indicating that there was a slight imperfection in the finish originally. It is absolutely impossible to see any sign of one after 50+ years. It comes in the original case that came with the guitar in 1966. Please, someone buy this guitar so I don’t have to buy it myself! Help!!! Thanks.
