All items are shipped from Westchester, New York, USA. All items are packed with the utmost care. FREE SHIPPING is only for orders sold at the “Buy It Now” price within the Continental United States.

International Customers

All International Orders are shipped using USPS Express Mail with Delivery Confirmation. There is no Warranty on products sold outside the USA. There is no return on any International order. All Guitars can receive a FREE Pro Setup ($90 value) from our Master Luthier at the request of the buyer. Please write to us with your prefered Brand and Gauge of Guitar Strings. No guarantee on availability of Guitar String Brand.

Returns

New and unopened items may be returned within 15 days. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping cost unless the return is because the wrong item was sent. Rock Island Sound ( ris_guitars ) reserves the right to refuse returns on any item that is not new, untouched or in unopened condition.

Most used items, sold in the continental United States, may be returned within 3 days. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately to request a return. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping cost.

Some items can not be returned under any circumstances such as harmonicas, earplugs, headphones as well as any other item that comes into contact with the mouth/ears.
