Here we have a vintage Taylor 810 Dreadnought Acoustic Electric guitar. Made in Lemon Grove USA in 1985. The original factory. This 810 Dread is a beautiful looking and sounding guitar. Crafted by hand. The 810 features a solid Spruce top with Rosewood back and sides. Mahogany neck and a beautiful dark Ebony fingerboard and bridge. This guitar also has a passive piece under saddle pickup installed. It terminates to an endpin jack on the bottom. This guitar has gold Grover tuning machines up top. There is a repaired top crack that we completed recently We added some cleats and it is looking great. This guitar comes with its original hard shell case with blue interior. The case is in very good condition with all latches and hinges working properly. This 810 has just been pro setup by our technician and is playing extremely well. It has been strung with Martin MA540FX Flex Core 12's. The neck is straight and the truss rod is working perfectly. The frets are in very good condition with minimal fret wear in the typical spots. First handful of frets under the B and E strings. This guitar plays cleanly up and down the fingerboard with no issues. Cosmetically, this guitar is in very good condition. Again, there is a repair top crack that runs from the bridge to the bottom of the guitar. It has been professionally repaired by our technician. The top has indents, scuffs, and pick marks from strumming. The back of the guitar has scuffs, marks, some small indents. The back of the neck is smooth with no marks or indents. Overall, it is in very good shape for being 41 years old. Please see all photos. All in all, this Taylor 810 is one of the originals, made by hand in the original factory. Beautiful look and sound.
