This is a very faithful copy of the Gibson EB-3, but with a longer 33.5" scale length, which comes with some practical advantages.

The bass is 100% original. As shown in the photos, both pickups carry matching serial numbers. The electronics are also fully original and have been professionally cleaned and preserved.
The fingerboard and frets have been leveled and dressed. The bass is currently set up with a comfortably low string action of approximately 2.0 mm on the E string and 1.75 mm on the G string.
As expected from a 50-year-old instrument, there are some visible signs of use and small finish chips. These have been stabilized with cyanoacrylate and polished, preventing them from expanding or absorbing dirt and moisture.
Technically, everything works exactly as it should, with no issues.
This is a comfortable, lightweight bass with a truly distinctive sound. A genuine 50-year-old Japanese classic :)
