The violin is in perfect condition to be played.
Violin described and illustrated herein and bearing a facsimile label of Andrea
Postacchini. Is a good Italian instrument, built near 1890-1920’s
The back is in pieces of quarter-wt. Maple with narrow flames descending slightly throw the centre joint; the scroll and sides of similar wood. The top is in two pieces of spruce with wide and pronouneed grain. The varnish is of an amber colour.
