Overview

Epiphone's LPC-80 and LPC-90 are strikingly similar instruments. Manufactured at the same time (1998 - 2002), with a mahogany body and carved top, set neck, block inlays, Gibson-style "open-book" headstock, gold hardware, and identical binding patterns, the only truly meaningful difference between them is their fretboard material. The LPC-80 was made with a rosewood fretboard, while the LPC-90 has an ebony fretboard.
