About this listing
Selling a truly fantastic instrument (Gibson SG Diablo with locking Floyd Rose tremolo, Serial No. 119221381) that I’ve owned from new. It’s been played, loved, and well-looked after, and I’m only parting with it to make room for a Telecaster. This is a very unique guitar with top-tier build features. As expected from a 13-year-old, well-played instrument, it has some minor cosmetic wear (the marks to the left of the bridge pick-up are fingerprints - apologies!). Plays great, feels great, and is ready for its next owner.Pickup / Try-Out Options:You’re welcome to try the guitar or collect it in either North London or Telford, Shropshire. I’m also happy to arrange secure postage.SpecificationsBodySolid Honduran Mahogany bodyBeveled & carved topNitrocellulose lacquerNeck1-piece quartersawn Honduran MahoganySet-in construction with ’61 Reissue-style heelZero-degree neck angleJoined at the 22nd fret using Franklin Titebond 50Comfortable ’50s Rounded profile (.820" / .970")North American Rosewood fretboardAcrylic pearloid trapezoid inlays12" radius“Narrow Open Book” headstock with resin-impregnated veneerMother-of-Pearl Gibson-style logo“Made in U.S.A.” stamp17° headstock pitchHardware & Playability24 medium-jumbo frets24 9/16" scale length1 11/16" nut width
