The Alesis Sample Pad Pro is a digital multipad with 8 trigger pads that can be assigned sounds at will. Already with the first generation of the Sample Pad, Alesis hit the nerve of the time. The possibility to store and recall your own sounds and samples comfortably and conveniently on a digital drum pad was used by many drummers to expand the relatively limited sound repertoire of an acoustic drum set. In the Pro version, the Sample Pad has now found its legitimate successor.

Instead of the four pads of its predecessor, the Sample Pad Pro now comes with eight two-shot rubber pads that are outlined with blue LEDs. In addition, there are 2 trigger inputs on the back of the Sample Pad Pro to connect additional pads. The range of connection options is completed by a kick, hihat and aux input, 1/4" stereo outputs, headphone jack and MIDI in & out.

With 200 sounds, the internal sound library of the Sample Pad Pro offers eight times as much choice as its predecessor. An additional 20 kits can be stored on SD card. The sophisticated LCD display design and the included software make working with the Sample Pad Pro easy and clear, even for digital drum novices.
