The condition look at the pictures, but as they say "...A bird may be known by its song,.."
Good playable instrument with deep-toned of sound is moderately thick, moderately bright and incredibly readable, punchy sound. Has a clear quick attack.
The guitar unique in its coloring because not only has the gold top but that is all gold from back and sides... ALL GOLD this is one of specs is pretty pretty feature from early 52 year of Gibson history... Regardless of the history of this particular guitar, it is one of a very limited run of all gold les Paul's aside from the LP's of the 1950's and an even rarer "Les Paul classic with (model) instead of (classic) printed on it. It is from the first run of classics in the second year were made. Only 75 were made all gold in 1990-1991. From 1992-1993 another 100 all gold classics were made then no more ever. This has the rare pointy end inlays as well. Stock, same Gibson LP all gold guitars, go for up to $2,700 without any upgrades and in good condition.

Nothing has changed and unnecessary.
Exception - original pickguard is absent!
The neck is smooth, the anchor in working condition. The frets hard used and so traces of wear. There are dimples at 2-4 strings on frets 1-9.
Electronics all in order, nothing makes a noise and does not rustle.

Reason of my selling because I was switching to a nylon guitar... and no need in HardRock sound...

Reissue of Gibson LP from 1990-1993 have been most carefully copied from an archaic Gibson's LP'57-61 years, except for PU installed. And not inferior to the originals in quality and design features Gibson 1960-1961. The difference between a LP classic and LP standard in the fretboard's thickness and the PU's, everything else is the same.
