About this listing
The Jackson Pro Origins 1985 Limited Edition San Dimas SD1 HH FR brings back the original hot-rodded superstrat formula with a focus on speed, simplicity, and aggressive tone. Built in Ensenada as part of the Pro Origins series, this model captures the feel and response of early Jackson designs while incorporating modern consistency and playability.
An alder body provides a balanced tonal foundation with strong midrange presence, while the bolt-on maple neck features a fast profile and a compound radius ebony fingerboard for smooth transitions across the fretboard. Outfitted with a Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo and a Seymour Duncan JB bridge pickup paired with a Hot Rails neck pickup, this guitar is designed for tight rhythm work, articulate leads, and reliable performance under heavy use.
