This is ultra rare Fender USA 1982 Jazz Bass body and Precision fretless neckBody:This is the very rare mid 1982 series of standard Jazz basses, introduced at the same time as the 1982 four bolt non-bullet "Dan Smith" Stratocasters. These basses had S8 decals in the late 70's style, bound fingerboards, white pickup covers, white strat knobs, white pickguards, unmounted chrome covers, dot inlays, the CNC routing with rounded rear pickup and the notched relief at the truss rod. These features were on the standard 1982 bodies only, and not on AVRI instruments made in 1982 and not on instruments made several months later.In excellent condition considering this is a 40+ year old body!Weight: 3.240 kg (with control plate).Neck:This is a really cool and rare S9 1982 Fender Fretless Precision Bass neck.
