This Monotribe is in great shape. In addition, this comes with the MIDI adaptor. To install the MIDI adaptor, you open the bottom of the case and thread the sable via the battery compartment.If you want to install the MIDI connectors permanently, you can, but that requires actually cutting into the Monotribe case.
