Overview
The 1975 Gretsch Broadkaster (not to be confused with the solidbody Broadkaster from the same era) featured a pair of Super'Tron Humbuckers, and was available with either a Bigsby or a top-loading stop tailpiece. In 1978, it was replaced with the 7609 Broadkaster, which used full size humbuckers, and a wrap-around bridge/tailpiece.
