1966 Ampeg B15 NF - Blue Checked Tolex

1966 Ampeg B15NF in good condition. 30 watts. Serial:041030. It's been fully checked over in the workshop and comes with a 30-day warranty. It's 110V and comes supplied with a step-down transformer. Ideal for low volume studio work. It comes with the dolly/wheels.

This is a great sounding B15 which has a JBL D130F 15" speaker. (which was an upgrade at the time of purchase) The tolex has numerous scuffs and dings but is structurally sound. There are also some extra screw holes on either side of the cabinet with the outline of previously fitted handles. The grille cloth has a few small nicks but nothing major. The latches work as they should with no issues. Most importantly of all the sound is fantastic. This amp won't disappoint in terms of sound or looks. Don't miss out on getting that cool Motown sound.

Tech notes; the power chord was changed from a two-pin to a three-pin, the so-called "death cap" removed and an earth tag has been fitted to make it safe. Also noted: Original JBL speaker. Changed tubes.
