Up for sale is a beautiful, USA-made Fender American Series Stratocaster in a stunning, highly grained Natural Ash finish. Sporting a "Z0" serial number, this instrument was crafted at the Corona, California factory in either 2000 or 2001. Because Fender has heavily restricted the use of ash wood in recent years, these premium ash-body models are becoming increasingly sought after for their incredible resonance, clear bell-like chime, and striking visual grain.
- Body: The clear gloss polyurethane finish is in excellent condition.
- Neck & Fretboard: The maple neck features a comfortable modern "C" profile. The maple fretboard shows normal fret wear. The neck is straight, the truss rod functions perfectly, and it plays cleanly across all 22 medium jumbo frets.
- Electronics & Hardware: 100% original and fully functional. Equipped with the factory American Series single-coil pickups (including a reverse-wound middle pickup for hum-canceling in positions 2 and 4). The original 2-point synchronized tremolo bridge operates smoothly.
