For sale is a Robin Ranger made in Texas 1990. The body is refinished with spirit stain golden brown, two thin coats of Tru Oil and sealed with Renaissance wax. It's a player with some dings and dongs. Please read the description carefully and take a close look at the pictures. I've described the guitar to the best of my knowledge and have photographed every detail. Don't hesitate to ask for further details.
The bridge pickup is replaced with a Q-Pickups Broadcaster/Nocaster 13,2k. The original pickup is included. The switch was broken and has been replaced by an Alpha. Everything else is original.
Body made of ash, neck made of maple. The neck is straight, truss rod works. The frets show no signs of wear. The nut is 44mm wide, the neck profile I would describe as Medium Thin C, fretboard radius should be 12''. Weight: 3,5 kg.
Sound: Bridge PU is crisp Telecaster tone with decent output. The original PU was a bit weaky. Middle PU sounds more like a Tele-neck than a Strat and the neck PU is a mellow and full sounding humbucker. All cavities are shielded so that there are no problems with humming.
Subject to prior sale. I offer this guitar on other online portals.
I'll ship the guitar in a gig bag, securely packed and fully insured with DHL. However, it would be best to come by and try out the guitar.
