Mullard 10M Series 12AX7 ECC83 Gold Pin Tube, High Testing
It has gold pins, gray ladder plates, and a halo getter. It was manufactured in England in the early 1970's.
This was tested on my Dan Nelson calibrated TV-7/B. It has been tested for shorts, gas, and transconductance. The tube tests with a reading of 54/52. Minimum is 32.
