Fender Highway One Series Telecaster

The rarer of the two Highway One Telecaster models, the Texas Telecaster, was produced from 2003 - 2009, and featured an ash body to the standard Highway One Telecaster's alder, as well as a brass saddle bridge, and flatter 12" fretboard radius.

Just before the close of the Highway One line in 2011, Fender introduced the American Special line of guitars and basses to fill their entry-level American made product line. These guitars feature the Highway One's no-frills design and high build quality, in new color schemes and a wider array of instruments.
