About this listing
For sale is a darn near mint condition Ibanez RG8570Z I am the original buyer and it was a wall hung guitar in my studio. It was hardly touched and played. I did however upgrade the instrument with a brass block in the bridge and did away with the pot metal block. original block is included. I also upgraded the tuners to locking Gotoh Magnum. I also changed the nut to a Graphtech nut. Original nut with spacers is included. There is also Gotoh Strap locks included. The guitar is extremely easy to play and on the eyes. I keep this guitar in a smoke free environment temperature and humidity controlled. There is only one mark on the side of the neck binding by the 18th fret a small scratch hair thin and less the a 1/4 inch in length that I have a very hard time capturing a picture of it. If you look very closely in the photos you can barely see it. Aside from that this guitar is clear of dents, dings, chips and cracks. If you have any questions please feel free to message me. I will do my very best to answer them. Thank you for looking. Information from Sweetwater about this guitar. Like all the guitars in Ibanez's high-end J Custom line, the RG8570Z is brimming with looks, tone, and playability. Its beautiful AAA flamed-maple-capped African mahogany body supplies unbelievable resonance and sustain. Its 5-piece neck provides a just-right feel, while a Prestige fret edge treatment infuses its bound Macassar ebony fingerboard with the ultimate in smooth playability. DiMarzio's Tone Zone, True Velvet, and Air Norton pickups push your amp to get crunchy rhythms and hot leads. Beyond that, you can bend, twist, and dive-bomb with impunity, thanks to an Edge-Zero tremolo. The RG8570Z features an eye-grabbing tree of life fingerboard inlay and cosmo black hardware.
