One of the secrets to the Studio Basss power is its 3-position mini-toggle and blend knob, which give you near limitless control over your tone by letting you mix uncompressed tones alongside the effected sound. Blend in your unadulterated clean signal, a mid boost that will help you cut through the busiest mixes, or a fat low-end growl. Find that sweet spot where harder picking lifts the dry signal right up above the effected signal or mix in just a hint of the original sound. Punk rock pick players, slap-happy funkateers and ferocious fingerstyle players alike will find endless sonic options, and theres enough power that you can even use it as a clean boost for solos. It also makes a great always-on pedal to form the heart of your sound.General Description A low noise, low distortion soft-knee compressor/limiter pedal with a very wide-range of available compression ratios and simple, intuitive control of compressor dynamics.Compression Ratio: Soft-knee, adjustable from 1:1 to > 20:1Maximum Compressor Gain: +33dBAttack Speed: Adjustable from 8ms to 27msInput Impedance: 1 MegohmOutput Impedance: 2.75K ohms maximumMaximum Input Level: 3 VrmsDistortion: < 0.3% at 300mV RMS output at 1 kHzNoise referred to Input: -110dBV, 400 Hz 20 kHz, input shortedCompressor Type: Voltage Controlled Amplifier (VCA)Power: 9V battery or 9V to 18 Vdc regulated adapter, center pin negative polarityCurrent Consumption: 21mA operate, 19mA bypassDimensions: 2.60" wide X 5.0" long X 1.45" highWeight: 0.67 lbs.
