The Custom 24-08 is a bit of an IYKYK guitar in the SE range. Same foundational platform as PRS's iconic Custom 24: maple top, mahogany back, rosewood board with bird inlays, 24 frets, wide thin neck, but with two mini-toggle coil-tap switches that give you eight pickup configurations total. Full humbuckers, individual single coils, combinations. It covers more sonic ground than almost anything in this price bracket, and the build quality punches well above what you'd expect at the SE price point.This one is Vintage Sunburst with the zebra pickup option, genuinely beautiful in person, the photos don't fully do it justice.This guitar has been tastefully upgraded from stock: PRS Core locking tuners, an upgraded nut, a treble bleed circuit on the volume pot (preserves tone on rollback), and PRS Core knobs. All original hardware is included. Professionally set up and playing beautifully in E standard on Elixirs.
