This listing also features a rolling luggage style case, a Ludwig extended height snare stand, a Ludwig topper practice pad, and a pair of our own Midbell 2B sticks. Based on our research, this design was produced between roughly 1994 to the mid 2000's, but serial number data is inconsistent and does not provide an exact year of production. Often referred to as the “Blackrolite,” this American-made Ludwig snare features a seamless aluminum shell with a durable Black Galaxy finish, eight classic bow-tie lugs, an internal tone control muffler with exterior adjustment knob, and a Ludwig P85-style throw-off.
