About this listing
Note: See short video in gallery showing how I pack a guitar. I set myself apart with my SETUPS and PACKING. I include setup sheet with each guitar. What It IsUp for sale is a Fender 2000s Ikebe Limited Kurt Cobain Signature Jaguar. This has a T+6-digit serial and "Made in Japan" at base of the neck. Weight = 8lbs, 6oz.ConditionVery nice overall. No big marks, dings, or scratches. One small clear coat chip on the headstock just under the Fender logo and various scuffing and play wear on the body. Frets in excellent condition. Some pitting and cloudiness on hardware.PlayabilityThis guitar is really something. Sets up and plays excellent all over the neck. The DiMarzio DP100 and DP103 both sound big and thick just like they should. All electronics work great. Tremolo works as it should. Really high quality old-Japanese Fender feel to this guitar. Fully bound medium C neck feels great in the hands. Comes with tremolo bar and some extra electronics plates. NO case. I have just gone through and cleaned every piece on this guitar. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. Due to oil crisis, international shipping has gone up. Contact for quote. Thanks!InternationalPlease note, on Reverb, I ship to USA and Canada only. On eBay I ship worldwide with eBay International, which has the best pricing. cheersRecent Review:"Guitar was packed perfectly for shipping. Everything arrived exactly as described. A lot of care and attention was put into the setup (intonation is perfect). Seller was nice enough to include some extras. Excellent seller! Thank you so much!"Guitar SetupSetup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!PackingI use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 15 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case. I wrote a detailed story with photos on how I pack a guitar, which you can find on my StillKickinMusic site blog. If you Google "Still Kickin - How to Pack a Guitar" you will find it. Thanks.
