Carlos Santana’s legendary partnership with Paul Reed Smith has played a major role in defining the sound and success of PRS Guitars. To celebrate this history, PRS presents the Santana Retro, a model that pays tribute to the early “Pre-Factory” instruments Paul built for Carlos in the 1980s.
This guitar brings back several of those original design features, including a deeper body carve, the vintage-style heel, and the original headstock shape with nut placement. Combined with stunning details such as abalone bird inlays, mother-of-pearl stripes on the top, and a striking Yellow finish, the Santana Retro embodies both elegance and character.
