Capek Scarab five string (flathead + archtop tone ring)

I am selling my 2023 Capek Scarab, five string banjo (with a Sullivan archtop to flathead conversion tone ring) + the original no hole archtop tone ring and original case.

You can easily put the archtop tone ring back if you want to.

This banjo is in great condition and I am its first owner. The specifications are slightly different from the stock model: tone ring, neck and resonator binding, abalone inlay, tuning pegs, peghead veneer, truss rod cover and rosewood fretboard (the additional cost was around 400€).

Je vends mon banjo 5 cordes Capek Scarab de 2023. Il est actuellement équipé d'un "tone ring" flathead Sullivan (archtop to flathead conversion) et du tone ring archtop "No Hole" d'origine.

Vous pouvez à tout moment réinstaller le tone ring archtop.

Le manche et le résonateur du banjo sont en acajou. Le cordier est un Presto, le chevalet est un Sullivan Historic 11/16" et je donne en plus un Scorpion (Silvio Ferretti) de la même hauteur. Le fût est en érable, 3 plis.
Le banjo est vendu avec sa mallette d'origine (valeur 260€).

Le banjo est en excellent état. Il a peu été joué. Les caractéristiques sont légèrement différentes de celles du modèle d'origine. Voici ce qui a été demandé lors de la commande:
-Tone ring archtop no hole
-incrustations abalone sur la touche (au lieu de nacre blanche)
-Touche en palissandre (à la place de l'ébène)
-Mécaniques avec boutons couleur ambre (et non blancs)
-Filet avec bande blanche + marqueterie le long du manche et du résonateur
-Cache trussrod en abalone

Le coût total de ces options est d'environ 400€.

Vous avez aussi la possibilité d'acheter le banjo avec son tone ring d'origine (archtop) uniquement, à un prix inférieur.
